Hindi Summary:

गजाननं भूतगणादिसेवितं कपित्थजम्बूफलचारु भक्षणम्ं। 

उमासुतं शोकविनाशकारकं नमामि विघ्नेश्वरपादपङ्कजम्॥

अर्थ:

जो हाथी के समान मुख वाले हैं, भूतगणादिसे सदा सेवित रहते हैं, कैथ तथा जामुन फल जिनके लिए प्रिय भोज्य हैं, पार्वती के पुत्र हैं तथा जो प्राणियों के शोक का विनाश करनेवाले हैं, उन विघ्नेश्वर के चरणकमलों में नमस्कार करता हुँ।

Meaning:

I bow to you, the Lord with the face of an elephant (Gajanana), one who is served by the celestial attendants (Bhoota ganas) and other beings The one who consumes the extract of Kapitha (wood apple) and Jambul fruits (Jamun) O the son of Goddess Uma, who is the cause for destroying the sorrows I reverently bow to the lotus feet of Lord Vigneshwara

Gujarati Summary:

ગજાનનં ભૂતગણાદિસેવિતં કપિતજમ્બુફલચારુ ભક્ષણમ્ । 

ઉમાસુતં શોકવનાશકરકં નમામિ વિઘ્નેશ્વરપદપંકજમ્ ।

અર્થ:

હું તમને હાથી (ગજાનન)ના મુખવાળા ભગવાનને પ્રણામ કરું છું, જે આકાશી સેવકો (ભૂત ગણો) અને અન્ય જીવો દ્વારા સેવા આપવામાં આવે છે, જે કપિથા (લાકડાના સફરજન) અને જાંબુલ ફળ (જામુન) ના અર્કનું સેવન કરે છે. હે દુ:ખોનો નાશ કરનાર દેવી ઉમાના પુત્ર, હું ભગવાન વિઘ્નેશ્વરના ચરણ કમળને નમન કરું છું.
